The School-Based Management (SBM) System is designed to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in school governance. Developed under the initiative of Mr. Jojo R. Jose and his assistant, this system empowers schools to effectively track, manage, and evaluate their performance in line with DepEd’s SBM framework.

  • School Performance Monitoring - Tracks the school’s SBM level based on DepEd’s standards and Provides insights into governance, curriculum, learning environment, and resource management.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping - Ensures schools meet the required SBM indicators
  • Stakeholder Involvement & Engagement- Gathers input from principals to improve school governance
  • Financial & Resource Management - Ensures transparency in financial transactions
  • Data Analytics & Reporting - Visual representation of school progress and areas for improvement and Generates SBM reports for validation and accreditation purposes
